Immerse yourself in a unique experience with our SUP Yoga, where the calm of yoga merges with the energy of the ocean in a spectacular setting. You will practice on a paddleboard while the sun rises on the horizon or sets in vibrant colors, creating an unparalleled atmosphere.
Two magical moments to choose from
Sunrise Session – Experience the tranquility of the morning on the sea, when the water is calm and the sun slowly rises on the horizon. The golden light reflecting on the water will envelop you in an incredible feeling.
Sunset Session – Flow with the energy of the sunset as the sky is painted with warm tones and the sea breeze envelops you in a state of deep relaxation.

The activity includes a paddleboard with paddle, a certified yoga instructor, a wetsuit if necessary, and a life jacket.
For participation, it is recommended to bring swimwear, comfortable clothing for yoga like shorts or light leggings, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a towel. You can also bring a cap, sunglasses with a strap (preferably with a floating cord), and a hair tie.
If the sea is not calm, the yoga class will take place on the beach, and if possible, SUP boards will be provided for a brief ride. If weather conditions are unfavorable, such as heavy rain or strong winds, we reserve the right to reschedule the activity for safety reasons. We will notify you in advance if this happens.
It's not required, but it is advisable to have basic knowledge of yoga to make the most of the session, as many poses require balance and body control. However, it's not exclusive, as our classes are designed for beginners and include gentle movements so you can enjoy the experience on the water with safety and confidence.
It's part of the experience and an opportunity to cool off. The boards are stable, but if you fall, the water is shallow, and we are there to assist you.
Yes, we accept participants from 6 years old who can swim and follow basic instructions.
While you don't need to be an expert swimmer, it is important to have basic swimming skills, as you will be in the water.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the session so we can provide a brief introduction, prepare the boards, and ensure you're ready to start on time.
If you have an injury or are pregnant, we suggest you consult with your doctor before participating. Our instructor may make some adjustments to the poses, but it's important to be aware of your limitations to avoid any risk.
You can leave your belongings in our secure lockers at our center while you practice SUP Yoga. This way, you can enjoy the activity without worrying about your personal items.
